Our SUSI Student Program Coordinators welcome you

to Saint Mary's College

Angeline Barthel is a rising senior from Portage, Indiana. She is double majoring in Spanish and Global Studies. Her entire junior year she spent abroad in Seville, Spain, where she enjoyed traveling around Europe and studying in an intensive Spanish program. While abroad, she also had the amazing opportunity to visit Cairo, Egypt and stay with a SUSI '17 participant. Her favorite hobbies include dancing, listening to music, and practicing yoga. This will be Angeline's second year as a student program coordinator, and she is very excited to meet so many more wonderful women.

Ashlyn Maes is a rising senior from Goshen, Indiana. She is double majoring in Spanish and Global Studies with a concentration in Global Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics. During the spring of her sophomore year, Ashlyn studied abroad in Seville, Spain, where her experience with her host family and the program there helped to foster her love of traveling and other cultures. At Saint Mary's, Ashlyn has been involved with Student Government, the Belles Against Violence Office, and the Alumnae Relations Committee. In addition, one of her biggest passions is that of singing, and she is director of Saint Mary's student-led a cappella group and a four-year member of the Saint Mary's Women's top choir. She is incredibly excited to serve as a Student Program Coordinator, and looks forward to meeting everyone for a wonderful summer!

After graduating in May, she hopes to move to Washington, D.C. with a few of her fellow Political Science Belles!
